Our action plan to address SDG Goal 1 in India includes organising skill development and entrepreneurship programs and helping develop local livelihood opportunities.
As well as by working with local Governing bodies to promote social inclusion measures.
End Hunger amongst the most vulnerable, help achieve daily food security, improve nutrition, and promote sustainable agriculture.
Our action plan to address SDG Goal 2 in India includes helping spread awareness on sustainable agricultural practices.
As well as helping set up small home-based vegetable gardens, in addition to giving out saplings of the most beneficial plants to grow in these gardens.
Ensure healthy living and promote wellbeing for all across ages.
Our action plan to address SDG Goal 3 in India includes working with National, State, and Frontline Government agencies to augment their health-related awareness and delivery campaigns.
Especially those around safe hygiene, healthy motherhood, infant nutrition, and communicable diseases.
Ensure inclusive and equitable quality education, as well as promote lifelong learning opportunities for all.
Our action plan to address SDG Goal 4 in India includes working with local Government agencies where possible to build or manage quality primary and secondary education facilities for all children.
Organising awareness campaigns for encouraging child education and ending child labor. As well as working towards reducing school dropouts by providing livelihood and education support for underprivileged families.
Achieve gender equality, and empower all women and girls.
Our action plan to address SDG Goal 5 in India includes promoting women's self-help groups and organising grassroots awareness campaigns, especially on safe sexual practices and reproductive health.
As well as working with Government agencies to stop illegal trafficking of girls and women.
Ensure availability and sustainable management of water, as well as sanitation for all.
Our action plan to address SDG Goal 6 in India includes helping connect last-mile safe drinking water and sanitation services in remote villages.
As well as working with local government agencies and communities towards an integrated water resource management system, including fresh-water harvesting, restoring ground-water depletion, and local waste management.

Our action plan to address SDG Goal 10 in India is by way of improving SDR Goals 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, and 9.
By improving food security, health, education, clean drinking water, clean energy, access to gainful employment, and gender equality - we hope to reduce the overall inequality between the haves and have-nots of India.

Our action plan to address SDG Goal 11 in India includes working with local communities and Government agencies to minimise local air and water pollution.
As well as sponsoring local youth to study entrepreneurship programs in waste management, and helping them apply their skills for the benefit of local communities.
Sustainable use of natural resources, reducing food wastage, post-harvest food loss, proper management of chemicals used for agriculture or other local economic activities, and reducing overall waste generation.
Our action plan to address SDG Goal 12 in India includes helping generate awareness on responsible natural resources management in local communities.
Especially awareness and action around rainwater harvesting, recycling, and afforestation.
As well as working with local communities to minimise food wastage of any kind, including spoilage of crops between harvest and sale.
Take urgent action to combat climate change and its impact.
Our action plan to address SDG Goal 13 in India includes generating greater awareness in rural communities on climate change, including knowledge about its mitigation, adapting for change, impact reduction, and early warning systems.
As well as working with local government agencies and communities to strengthen local resilience and channels to receive aid at times of crisis.
Conserve and sustainably use the ocean, seas, and marine resources for sustainable development.
Our action plan to address SDG Goal 14 in India includes focusing on wastewater treatment in rural communities.
As well as helping raise awareness on the effects of pollution on the rivers and marine ecosystems.
Protect, restore and promote sustainable use of terrestrial ecosystems, sustainably manage forests, combat desertification, as well as halt and reverse land degradation and biodiversity loss.
Our action plan to address SDG Goal 15 in India includes working with Government agencies and local communities to raise awareness of a myriad of issues related to Life on Land.
Including judicious pesticide usage, protecting local forests, animal rights, protecting local biodiversity, fair compensation for livestock killed by wildlife, afforestation, providing saplings of indigenous plants and trees, as well as tribal and forest-dweller rights.
Promote peaceful and inclusive societies for sustainable development. Provide access to justice for all with effective, accountable, and inclusive institutions at all levels.
Our action plan to address SDG Goal 16 in India includes helping generate awareness on individual legal rights, providing legal support to the underprivileged, and advocating for improving the efficiency of local Judicial service delivery institutions.
As well as by working with the Government and local courts to provide justice for all, and to pilot ongoing monitoring systems to assess local public governance quality.
Strengthen the means of implementation and revitalise global partnerships for sustainable development.
Our action plan to address SDG Goal 16 in India includes building and strengthening partnerships between local, national, and international stakeholders and donors, for the dissemination of knowledge and ideas.
These may include workshops, conferences, or seminars. As well as facilitate any other collaboration between Government and other stakeholders to promote or fund SDG-related programs, policies, and goals.
The Global Institute Of Sustainable Development (GIOSD) has been established as a Not-For-Profit organisation, committed to working with the government, civil societies, private sector players, NGOs, and communities to help make India a significantly better place by 2030.
Starting in 2021, the Global Institute Of Sustainable Development and local government authorities have begun collaborating on pilot projects to achieve SDG goals in India, in two nearby villages of Simulia and Mahula, located in the Birbhum District of West Bengal.
